Four pillars. Twelve weeks. No shortcuts.

01

Physical Conditioning

Periodized training built around your baseline and goals. Progressive load with intentional recovery built in. Structured around sustainable long-term readiness, not peak then crash.

02

Mental Health & Resilience

Trauma-informed mental performance work: stress tolerance, cognitive reframing, grief processing for post-service identity transitions. Led by certified practitioners who've worked with veteran populations.

03

Nutrition & Recovery

Practical performance nutrition — not diet culture. Fueling protocols for training, sleep optimization for recovery, and identifying patterns from service that undermine civilian wellness.

04

Stress Management

Autonomic regulation tools: breath-work, body-scan practices, HRV awareness, and tactical decompression techniques. Skills you carry permanently, not just for the 12 weeks.

Three phases, twelve weeks.

Weeks 1–4

Phase 1 — Assess & Establish

Comprehensive baseline assessment across all four pillars. Physical testing, mental health intake, nutrition audit, and sleep tracking. Weeks 1–4 build the foundation and establish the program cadence — training, check-ins, and protocols are introduced progressively so the rhythm is sustainable from day one.

Weeks 5–8

Phase 2 — Build & Integrate

Peak training load and full integration of all four pillars. This is the core of the program — physical sessions increase in intensity while mental resilience work deepens. Nutrition coaching moves from audit to active adjustment. Mid-program assessment documents Phase 1 to Phase 2 outcomes.

Weeks 9–12

Phase 3 — Consolidate & Sustain

Transition from program structure to independent readiness. Taper on training load, consolidation of mental health and nutrition habits, and creation of a post-program maintenance plan. Final assessment documents complete outcomes across all pillars. Corps community transition and ongoing access.

Before you ask.

How is this different from the Warrior Wellness Bootcamp?

The Bootcamp is an intensive physical-first program with mental resilience integrated as a component. Holistic Readiness is a comprehensive whole-person program — physical conditioning, mental health, nutrition, sleep, and stress management are all primary tracks, not secondary to fitness.

If you primarily want high-intensity group fitness with accountability structure, start with the Bootcamp. If you need a full-system wellness rebuild that addresses all the ways post-service life affects the whole person, Holistic Readiness is the right program.

Is this a therapy program?

No — this is a wellness program, not clinical therapy. The mental health components are psychoeducational and skill-based: stress management techniques, resilience practices, and tools for managing post-service psychological patterns. They are led by trauma-informed practitioners.

If you are in crisis or need clinical mental health treatment, this program is not a substitute. We can refer you to appropriate VA and community mental health resources.

What's the time commitment per week?

Expect to invest approximately 4–6 hours per week: 2–3 physical training sessions (60–90 min each), one group check-in or mental resilience module (60 min), and self-directed nutrition and recovery tracking (30 min). The program is intensive — it's designed that way.

Is this program open to civilians?

Yes. While the program is designed with veteran needs and transitions in mind, civilians who want a rigorous, structured wellness program are welcome to apply. Eligibility is assessed during intake to ensure fit.

What if cost is a barrier?

No veteran is turned away for financial reasons. Flag cost as a concern in your intake submission — we will work with you. Programs are priced to be accessible and we have flexibility for veterans facing financial barriers post-service.
